What is the Ombudsman?
This is an exclusive channel for submitting complaints that have already been addressed by our Customer Service (SAC) but were not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Who can file a complaint?
Any Digisac customer, provided that the complaint has already been submitted and recorded through other service channels on the platform.
You will need to have your URL on hand to complete the ombudsman form so that we can handle your case in a personalized manner.
