Organize your customer service by teams.
Departments represent the areas of your company that handle customer interactions (e.g. Support, Sales, Finance).
Each department can include one or more users.
1) Open the navigation panel → More Options → Departments Icon
2) Click + Add to register a department
3) Check the Status column to see if it’s active or archived
4) To edit or archive, click the three dots next to the department
Empower your agents to log in and serve customers.
Each user gets a unique login and password, managed by the administrator.
1) Open the navigation panel → More Options → Users Icon
2) Click + Add to create a user
3) Fill in name, email, role, assign a department and create a password
Select the access type:
In Roles, you can set each user’s level.
For instance, Administrators (Full Access), while Operators (limited, support-level access).
Click Save to finish.
With the WhatsApp Standard connection, you can integrate WhatsApp Web (Messenger or Business) and manage all your chats from one platform.
1) In the navigation panel, click Connections (mobile phone icon)
2) Click New Connection
3) Complete the required fields:
Connection Type: WhatsApp
Connection Name
Standard Department
Click Save to finish.
Important Notes:
The Default Department acts as your company’s reception inside Digisac.
Both Name and Default Department fields can be edited later.
4) Final Steps to Link WhatsApp:
Wait for the connection to initialize
• Click Scan QR Code in Digisac
• On your mobile device, go to:
WhatsApp > Menu (⋮) > Linked Devices
• Scan the QR code displayed in Digisac
